Stretching Is a Gateway Drug!
If there is one thing to keep in your routine it is s-t-r-e-t-c-h-i-n-g. Stretching will immediately change the way you feel and create a much needed reset, AND, more than likely, will lead to other healthy practices.

How to Get Started
I love having a good old-fashioned phone conversation with a prospective student! The phone proves an effective way to get questions answered, on your side, and on my side. We can establish rapport, and if it is present, I am far more likely to consider taking you on. You can interview me and see if I feel like a good fit, or fact-find as to specific logistics — days and times, and whether I have the kind of experience you are looking for. Further, a phone call is a far better platform to safeguard delicate questions. Feel free to shoot me an email or a text (510-444-6446) to set that up. Or if you are moved to do so in the moment, dial the number for a voice call. I will definitely get back to you as promptly as I can.
